  • There are payment plans for 24 or more sessions.
  • Group rates available when 8 or more athletes sign up together for the same training program.
  • Speed sessions are one hour, strength sessions are one hour. If an athlete does speed and strength sessions, it counts as two sessions.
  • Recommended 16 sessions/month maximum for speed only.
  • Recommended 32 sessions/month maximum for speed & strength.

Group Sessions

Each group must have at least 3 people or more.
3 people – $35 per session
4 or more – $30 per session
In order to get group rates, you must purchase at least 12 sessions.

Payment plans are available for 24 or more half-hour sessions, or 12 or more hour sessions. Personal training is only available for people 12 years old and up.
